Christmas Tree Star

Before starting, download and print the
pattern. Use the picture of the star below as a guide when embossing. All embossing is done
on the reverse side.
You will need:
- Parchment paper
- Mapping pen and nib
- Perforating pad, excellent
- Pergamano scissors
- Tinta Gold ink
- White pencil
- Embossing pad deluxe
- Perga Soft
- Medium ball embossing tool
- 1-needle perforating tool
- 2-needle perforating tool
- 4-needle perforating tool
- Stiff gold paper
- Magic tape
- 6mm double-sided tape
Method
- Trace the entire design with Tinta Gold x 2
- Emboss lines parallel to the traced edge lines on the inside with the Medium Ball Tool
- Perforate with 2- and 4-needle tools
- Stipple the centre of the flowers
- Cut V shapes with Pergamano Scissors along the perforations on the edge
- Cut 4-needle perforations into crosses
- Fix star onto stiff gold paper and cut 3mm bigger than fixed design on parchment paper
- Thread gold thread through one cross-shape hole and hang in window or on Christmas tree
